The building complex is an excellent example of Wise Properties-TN Design/Build Component. The complete design/build process took only approximately one year. The top two levels of the 51,000sf building are apartments with some of the best views in the city. The street level offers a variety of retail spaces as well as a coffee shop and restaurant. The lower level is parking for the residences.
