The Saddlery Building - Chattanooga, TN

Located in the revitalizing South Broad Street Area, the project is a prime example of how an old warehouse type building can be rehabbed and given new life. Doors/windows, tenant build-outs, interior rehab, code issues were all a part of the project. The Saddlery Building, Frazier Place and the CBC Building at 103 Cherokee were all picked by the city’s Design Studio as examples of how to bring people back into the city to live and work. Wise Properties is the only developer who has received this recognition 3 times.
