Wise Construction + Properties is a design/build development company.  The company is a mid-sized forward thinking group of individuals specializing in property development including residential/commercial leasing, architecture and construction.  Do not be mislead by architects and contractors that come together for one project pretending to be a design/build firm.  We have an unlimited general construction company and registered architectural practice all under one roof that has been operating together for close to five years.  This allows us to offer one contract, one price and one schedule for the client.  Imagine the advantage this kind of lump-sum turn-key service brings to the table. 

John S. Wise III, President/Contractor and E. Rick Lee, Architect, offer a combined experience of over 35 years.  While Mr. Wise is the team leader and founder of the company, he and Rick Lee work closely to make sure that budget, schedule and architecture all stay on track.
